investment bank, announced the closing of California-based Certi;ed Tire & Service Centers Inc. to Monro
Inc., a provider of automotive undercar repair and tire
services.
The acquisition includes Certi;ed Tire’s 40 retail
stores and one distribution center.
Established in 1997, Certi;ed Tire is a West Coast
independent automotive service chain.;
Nearly all of the company’s 275 employees will transi-
tion with the business.;;
