representative within the company for 10 years.
Teaff brings more than 15 years of petroleum marketing
knowledge, experience and contacts to the position. In his new
position, he will manage 19 sales professionals out of eight
branches, in addition to a select group of house accounts. Teaff
will work out of the Dallas, Texas, office and will report directly
to John Farrell, president, D&H/United Pump Supply.
Teaff has an extensive background in the industry and

obtained his education from San Angelo State University.
Petroleum Solutions, Inc. (PSI), has added two new
members to the PSI team.
Kevin Jessup has joined PSI’s Houston, Texas, branch as
key account manager. Prior to working for PSI, Jessup spent
30 years with Gilbarco, where he held a variety of positions,
including software QA technician, technical training manager,
national account specialist, point-of-sale (POS) marketing
manager, POS sales manager and district sales manager.
James Clem has joined PSI as corporate credit manager.
Clem has more than 20 years of commercial credit
experience working in oilfield service, including 11 years
spent with Halliburton. Clem also has worked with Keystone
Valve and Controls, Weirton Steel Mill, and Merchants
Metals. Clem has a professional certification of Certified
Credit Executives through the National Association of Credit
Management (NACM) and has served on the Houston,
Texas, NACM board.

OSHA has issued the Enforcement Guidance for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in General Industry, a
directive that provides enforcement personnel with instructions
for determining whether employers have complied with OSHA
PPE standards. The directive was effective Feb. 10, 2011.
OSHA issued a final rule on Employer Payment for PPE
in November 2007. The rule required employers in general
industry and construction to provide most types of required
PPE at no cost to the worker. The agency also issued a final
rule in September 2009 updating its PPE standards so that
they are more consistent with current consensus standards.
This directive replaces Inspection Guidelines for 29 CFR
1910 Subpart I, the revised PPE Standards for General
